NASCAR announced Tuesday that Wally Rogers, crew chief of the No. 33 Chevrolet driven by Ron Hornaday Jr. in the NASCAR Busch Series, has been fined $1,000 for a right rear shock absorber that exceeded the specified nitrogen gas pressure.
The infraction was discovered during post-race inspection on June 3 at Dover, Del.
