Boggs had to contend with Scott Bloomquist from lap 75 to lap 93 then held off Billy Moyer by a scant .176 seconds to secure the very popular victory. Bloomquist finished third after starting 13th with Eckert fourth and Mike Balzano fifth. Rounding out the top ten were Dale McDowell trailed by Josh Richards, Chub Frank, Darrell Lanigan and Steve Francis.
